CrossFit
Our CrossFit classes are group fitness classes that utilize a combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning. Each class is ran by a Trainer that leads the class through a specifically programmed workout each day. Workouts generally involve several different movements and are designed to target different muscle groups.

Nutrition Coaching
Our Nutrition Coaching is led by our Trainer and co-owner Savannah Welch, a PN-L1 Nutrition Coach. She provides one-on-one consultations to help you dial in your individualized dietary needs based on your lifestyle and/or fitness goals.
